1. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a partnership focused on personal and spiritual development. As your coach, I will support, encourage, and guide you, but your results depend on your commitment, participation, and application of the tools provided. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.

2. Nature of Coaching Services

All coaching services offered are faith-based and centered around emotional healing, grief recovery, and personal growth. I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, or mental health provider. If deeper psychological needs arise, you may be referred to a licensed professional.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to show up on time, be fully present during sessions, and complete any assigned homework or journaling tasks. The more you commit to your growth, the more effective this program will be.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions are booked through www.portiahallturner.com. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited. All sessions must be used within the duration of your coaching package timeframe unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is selected. Payment plans are available through our website. Coaching is a non-refundable service. If you choose to discontinue coaching early, no refunds will be given for unused sessions.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared in coaching sessions will remain confidential unless required by law or with your written consent. Your privacy and trust are sacred.

7. Communication Between Sessions

Support outside of sessions may include email or voice messaging (as outlined in your package). Please allow 24 hours for a response during business days.

8. Results Disclaimer

While I will provide tools, support, and strategies, your personal transformation depends on your engagement, honesty, and effort. I do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All workbooks, materials, and resources shared with you are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without permission.

10. Business Entity Information

Portia Hall Turner operates as a registered DBA (Doing Business As) under DivineDestiny Solutions LLC, a faith-based company providing transformational grief support through coaching, books, journals, and healing tools. All services and products are legally covered under the umbrella of DivineDestiny Solutions LLC.

11. Agreement

By enrolling in a coaching package, you agree to these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that you have read and understand the scope of coaching as offered by DivineDestiny Solutions.
